Each 4-capsule daily serving provides 2000 mg of low molecular weight 500 Da Type I marine collagen tripeptides from single-origin tilapia fish, combined with 152 mg hyaluronic acid, 50 mg MESOPOROSIL^® Silicium, 2000 µg astaxanthin extract, 1800 µg manganese (90% NRV) and 100 mg vitamin C from organic amla berry extract (125% NRV).
